Its common for people to share amateur skills and not so good knowledge. Of course, if you have helped someone to make a good profit, then he/she has a responsibility to pay you something back out of it. If I was that person, I would have even give you 15% out of 10% because next time you would be more than happy to help me again and I would again made a good profit with your help. That's a business technique which most of the people don't understand. There ain't nothing as a free lunch in this World, everything is paid and if you want to keep them that way, you have to pay for it.
