Sometimes we have to admit that we are incapable of doing something. We do not have the knowledge or even the skills to do it but take heart... There is always someone with the skills and chances are, if they took the time to learn something, they probably enjoy it.
Being a business leader is not easy as you have to understand your limitations but you also have to understand the job that needs to get done and the demands that must be met. This is where your skills as a leader come in. Finding these people that want to do a certain task is easier than ever because of the internet and a bit of monetary compensation never goes amiss.
Another good way of motivating people to do something is showing interest in what is being done. If they realise that you appreciate what they are doing, they are more likely to continue doing it...
