Continuous improvement in 2019 become already part of the business. It is more than just strategy. Every organisation need some sort of planning and controlling. Efficiency of improvement is the key. Usually businesses improve resources and drive costs. The latest trends such as not focusing on control, but focusing on the outcome of the activities, getting popular. Information is the key today. Businesses should know what activities make money and what activities waste time. Product strategy build on the this month activities. Old data is no longer indicator of performance. Strategy it is what happens now. Not few years ago. Activities in business should be organised to give results in one month. Not in 6 month or in one year. Activities can be single task or multitask. Flexibility is the base for strategy. Performance measured by the financial or not financial reward. Goal or outcome is rewarded more than value of money. Knowledge start in many cases generate further additional income. Processes should be logically formatted into meaningful goals. Goals in processes create altogether chain of valuable activities. This chain can be divided on functional areas of the business. Areas can be divided on the levels. Levels can be classified as top level area, middle level area and low level area. Three areas should continuously compete with each other in order to create never-ending strategy of improvement.
