Quality is playing competitive role in the price. Lower quality , lower prices. Some companies want to charge more, then they increase quality. Need to create environment in the business where quality will be promoted as the culture. Decision making systems inside of the businesses should be based on the qualitative processes. Before every major decision arise, the questions such as adding value through the quality should be in line with these questions. Reward systems, such as increase of the overall profit for the businesses should be as the medium of the performance. Business should see where it moves and what motives make him move. The definition should be in place for explanation. Who need these explanation? People working in your business and with your business. People should understand the philosophy of qualitative system in business. They need to see direction and give support, if they want to create synergy with your business. And for yourself you need to see quality in order to measure quality systems and they performance. You can control quality by using statistical tools or theoretical, it is your choice, your organisation. Put quality in business design. Your brand should shout that you care about quality...this message usually translated as organisation care about they customers. Continuously work on improving quality. From little by little, same as in our lives...when quality becomes part of our lives and we learn about new ways of making our lives better, more qualitative, more innovational, more inspirational...Improving not only ourselves, but world around us.
