Many changes require time and commitment. Innovation, technology, new resources, ideas, all of this push business to react. The form of reaction every one choosing themselves. Some decline, some stay. Many changes related to the technology. Everybody understand that technology for some reason starting dominate reality. More and more people want to live in virtual world, such as they buy through the internet, they communicate through email, they study about your business from internet. And that all staff needed to be properly assigned to the business, because technology dictate for some part of businesses how to operate. The difficulty in business is new technology implementation. Many business owners do not want to be involved in practical integration technology with the business. Many employees do not want to integrate with technology. The difficulty here is culture of doing things. Some people suggest, some do, some leave. But culture should be cooperative. During implementation business should have sharing culture for the area where technology will be implemented. Sharing culture will help to share all areas of the new technology implementation and support the integration. Change in business is natural process where no one has no choice but to react. From business reaction depend further success.
