All of us in business has been experienced criticism. Only 1 in 10 can accept it. Lets look realistic, how we manipulated by this. If you can not accept criticism, then you usually manipulated by the envy, by stupidity and by other people who damage your morale. If we want to implement something in business and start making some more money than we are doing now, we need to break this level. The level not to be like other 9, who not accept criticism. People who accept criticism can easily manipulate by the others, because they know and see they weaknesses. Strong personalities usually accept criticism as opportunity to building yourself for the step higher, in business, in moneymaking, in new opportunities. In business you need to take control. You have to control your business, but you can not trust only your point of view of the problems, therefore you must be able to hear the problems and opportunities. This is usually comes from extra sources. But....extra sources have a lot of junk information. Therefore you need to be able to block junk information and hear only what is good for you and for your business. Self-criticism it is part of this strategy, where you will be able listening other peoples point of view and accept they ideas, but you will be controlling what information you will be using and what information you will be discarding.
