It's been nearly 4 years (end of Jan) since my own 'Independence Day'. The whole thing was a clown show, with a lack of respect shown all round (their lack of planning and assumptions were somewhat similar). Not for me thanks, and clearly not for you either… enjoy!

Unfortunately, the higher the hierarchy level the more developed the disrespectfulness. With power comes arrogance and people start forgetting that once they were little, too.
