Bullying is an intentional aggressive behavior that uses an imbalance of power or power. Bullying is different with conflict. Conflict involves antagonism between two or more people.

Every two people can have conflicts, disputes, or fights but bullying occurs only where there is a power imbalance. Someone who does bullying can do things like: hit, kick, push, spit, mock, tease, racial insults, verbal abuse, and threats. According to other experts Bullying is one form of aggression behavior with a dominant force in repeated behavior with the aim of harassing other children or victims who are weaker than it is. Bullying occurs when a person or group of people interferes with or threatens the safety and health of a person, both physically and psychologically, threatens a person's repetitive, ongoing property, reputation or social acceptance.
