I'm not sure, I had to do it because the voting cycle after we got to 100% was taking well over an hour and using up more voting power than it should due to rounding issues. 2 SBD helps fix it, it still happens but not as bad. I try to only up the amount when I absolutely have to, with a $1,000 upvote, it has made it impossible to keep it at 1 SBD.
