While there can be a fine line between what's considered spam and abuse, and I'm not trying to step on your toes here but can you honestly go to any one of those accounts and say that they are 100% legitimate accounts that contribute to the betterment of the platform?

I'm not targetting you specifically, so if you think I am, I apologize. I'm following you, so please don't take offense. I like your little contest I find it fun. I was just randomly looking for abuse on the platform and fell on this black list to cross reference and see if a new plagiarist that I found with multiple accounts is on this list. I'm just surprised that you're arguing for these accounts, and am curious if you looked into any of them. I looked into two of them because you questioned @themarkymark's judgement. Seems his judgement is spot on.
I did not look into the others mentioned here, but I did see another person who got their funds seized. One shady maneuver that was made is that he left the upvotes in place to just seconds before the curation ends. This looks like something that is a bit scammy to me. Why not unvote right away instead? I would have stopped using this service then, but I ended up sending more bids for other posts because of this.
