What you talking about, Steem is coming back faster than most any other crypto and in fact is 500% higher than it was months ago.

As for this like this, he spoke 80% English then some "Gibberish" and basically looked like a spammer. I deal with hundreds of messages a day, most of them are spam, a good portion is people complaining they didn't get a vote when they did, and a portion complaining they didn't get 500% ROI. About 5 out 100 are anything meaningful.

If you can see how it can be taken that way, you haven't been here long enough. Plus it was funny.

        why don't you pay the % earned on a bid. I gave 10 STD and you send 0.0001 buildawhale.png also I sent 3 STD another time and you sent nothing and I had a percentage gain each time. I'm new here as you know and this is not right unless you have a good answer
