Keychain Making

I am not going to make something fancy today.I just want to teach the principles of keychain making

Kids especially love character keychains.As a child I felt so frustrated and disappointed that we cannot afford character keychains.So here is a tutorial for that.

The lobster clamp, headpins and jump rings can be bought in craft stores.They are very cheap and they come in bulks.There are piece by piece transactions too so dont worry about it.

Let's start by making the sculpture.

I used the glitter glue.Yes.The regular glitter glue to create a bit of a shimmer.

I created a bigger version because I had fun making the tiny one.

I made the flowers from a cookie cutter.Used shaved pastel to add a bit of a detail then topped it off with a bit of black clay.

I let the clay dry and then I installed the headpin and jump ring.Just a little FYI I used a bit of a glue in the hole I made to reinforce the headpin.

Done.
