For example, a project to make 10 street signs and put them up would be a good start. This is too general to help determine if it is a good investment. Are we getting 10 street signs or 100 or 1000? Are we getting 10 people or 100 or 2? When we see new proposals with more details about what will be delivered specifically and the cost of delivering that, then funding will be considered again!
