It has been a long time i dont say anything since Chinese government defined ICO as illegal. Because the exchanges were asked to close down, so i turned into learning other things though i know outside the board there are many exchanges but they cant trust me. Recently i get into a new OTC and watch the price of BTC rocketing up, and the COBE will put the BTC future on the list which you must recognize is a very good news that means laws allow it on the extent. It gives institutions a chance can long/short. So once the capital belonging to institutions crushes into the market, the price of BTC will be higher and still insist on my previous idea: only when the most main countries agree with it, the price of BTC will be stable.
