BTC: rocket in the pocket? Here is why... and what You should do!

It's getting hectic... but what is all the enthusiasm about? Well, as we can see in the following picture, BTC is on a good way to survive the whole segwit2x process without being harmed.

Nobody expected that miners would start signalising so fast, but now we are on a good way to maintain BTC as a strong and growing currency.

I beg You to hodl (hold) Your BTC, but as recommended before by many others, in Your cold wallet, paper wallet, even better a hardware wallet, thus having Your private key at hand. Keep Your coins safe, and be careful with transactions during the next weeks before and after August 1. If You need to make or receive transactions, only accept them with 6 or more confirmations.

Let's keep rockin' and make BTC grow!

Here is another good article on the subject, written by @forexbrokr - https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@forexbrokr/chart-art-bitcoin-rip-city-a-look-at-what-s-happening

I want You to have a look at it!

so is it already to late to be moving bitcoins coming week from exchanges to offline wallets?

No, it isn't, You should have moved them before July 31st. Well... where to begin now? At this point, we have nearly all miners ready to signalise readiness for BIP91, one step on the way to segwit2x and lightning network. The problem is that we can see some unknown variables. Of course miners might signalise BIP91, but this does not necessarily mean they will run the code later on. Time will tell!

Moving Your BTC to a cold wallet now would just keep You a littlebit safer, since we are shipping unknown waters.

Thanks for your explanation Bongoking, the markets seem a little overconfident in these uncertain times tho

Nothing unusual, people are trading the news, and we will see some rough movement in the near future. Important is not to lose trust!

Thank you for the mention bongo!

I wholeheartedly agree with your sentiment of holding. This is just the beginning and that dip was an amazing buying opportunity that we might never see again.
