I think your being a little too harsh on him.. If i designed a coin and submitted to the Royal Mint they would tell me where to go.
I think the man from the Royal Mint who saw the drawing on the back of the public toilet door is to blame.
Although his appearance is everything you described as , i can hold him to account for the Royal Mints poor judgment.
