玉米作为粗粮主食,低热量又美味,今天教大家做奶香十足的黄金玉米饼,营养早餐开启幸福美满的一天!

食材准备:玉米1个、鸡蛋1个、牛奶适量、 玉米淀粉25g、糯米粉25g、木糖醇5g

操作步骤:

1.玉米剥粒,洗净用牛奶煮熟,捞出沥干备用。

2.准备一个大碗,倒入煮好的玉米、糯米粉、玉米淀粉、鸡蛋、木糖醇混合均匀。

3.把玉米均匀铺在不粘锅上,小火煎至一面凝固,翻面再煎另一面至凝固即可。

【小贴士】

1.第二步骤混合时,如果太干,可以加一点点牛奶,让混合的粉成糊状即可。

2.玉米要选择甜糯点的,放入牛奶中煮会有点奶香味,口感更好点。

3.煎制的时候一定要小火, 注意火候,底下凝固差不多就翻面煎一分钟就行。

4.个人喜欢砂糖多撒些,味道更好吃哦!
