Today’s breakfast plate...
Steak: Seasoned with New Mexico chili, cayenne pepper, fresh ground black pepper, and salt; skillet cooked perfectly pink with chopped onions.
Egg Scramble: Organic browns scrambled with same seasoning mix; skillet cooked with fresh chopped hatch green chili and habanero peppers, then topped with applewood smoked provolone cheese.
Toast w. Butter and local organic black coffee... nothing crazy here.
