Protein-Packed Breakfasts

I wasn't a breakfast eater for most of my life. I'd usually not eat until lunch time so I get the 'hard to eat in the morning' thing. When I first started dieting I had to learn to eat larger meals of less bulky, lower calorie, food and it was hard. But over time I grew more comfortable eating larger meals and more protein, and now I will often have 4-5 eggs (eggs and whites) with toast and meat for breakfast and be okay with it. We're talking 700calories or almost half my calories for the day, in that 1 meal. It took time to get there though. Advantage, is biggest meal of the day is my first meal, and dinner is much more modest so I'm not digesting food in my sleep.

In the beginning I sometimes used protein shakes as meal replacements, but I hardly use it anymore. Best to get protein from food, but protein supplements are great for hitting that last little bit for your macros.
I'd also use them when I was fasting as a way to keep my body from losing muscle. Mostly after a night of drinking as I would fast 24 hours after getting drunk. I don't really drink anymore though so I got like 3 things of protein powder aging out in my kitchen.
