I attend a lot of music festivals and then sell Pulled Pork there (which is smoked for 18hrs), and since 2013 have been lucky enough to go to America and actually compete in The Jack, American Royal and World Food Champs (which are arguably 3 of the biggest smoking competitions in the world). No I don't, only a small weber I have used to smoke my meat in. Smoking is still small in South Africa and I believe it can be bigger. We need some Food Trucks here as well!

Yeah... it's slowly but sure catching on... give it a few more years.
P.S. We're actually planning a pretty big comp here in SA, and hope to get a few of the American teams to come over and compete here on our terms for a change.
