*WHO SHALL GO UP FIRST?*

Judges 1:1 Now after the death of Joshua it came to pass, that the children of Israel asked the LORD, saying, Who shall go up for us against the Canaanites first, to fight against them? 1:2 And the LORD said, Judah shall go up: behold, I have delivered the land into his hand.

After Joshua's death, the Children of Israel were in a state of dilemma and uncertainty. Canaan was still a threat and a standing rock against Israel therefore they sought among their brethren in tribes, who shall go up against the Canaanites for them. Then the Lord chose Judah.
Judah was chosen because long before Joshua the Lord spoke through Jacob over Judah in the midst of his brethren.

Genesis 49:8 Judah, thou art he whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father's children shall bow down before thee. Judah is the one who's hand is at the neck of the enemies. Even all his brothers bow to him. The Lord chose Judah to go up against the Canaanites first because centuries before this day, the Lord had already declared Judah to be up. Genesis 49:9 Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up?

Years before Joshua's time Judah had already gone up. Canaan was only up because Judah had already been up before Canaan. Every foe bows before Judah. Psalms 78:68 But chose the tribe of Judah, the mount Zion which he loved. 78:69 And he built his sanctuary like high palaces, like the earth which he hath established for ever.

Judah which also means praise is the place where God's greatest manifestation has been revealed and released. Judah was chosen to go up against Canaanites because when praise goes up no situation can rise above praise. Praise has been established to go up already. Lift up your praise for nothing can rise beyond your praise. If your praise is up, you can be assure every standing issues come down and bow before you. Forget not your praise ahead of you. For God has sent praise ahead of you already. A man of Grace is a man of praise.

PRAISE HAS BEEN CHOSEN TO GO UP IN MY LIFE. MY PRAISE NEVER COMES DOWN. JUDAH HAS BEEN CHOSEN AND MY PRAISE HAS BEEN CHOSEN. THANK YOU LORD JESUS. MY PRAISE KNOWS HOW TO LET ALL CONTRADICTIONS BOW IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD'S WORD. I AM CALLED UNTO PRAISE. HALLELUJAH!
