It’s a bot that upvote at an interval of 2.4 hrs at 100% voting power.

The upvotes are distributed among the bidders in proportion to the bids placed in the current round. i.e, if A bids 0.03 SBD, B bids 0.02 SBD and C bids 0.01 SBD then A, B and C will get 50%, 33.33% and 16.66% upvote respectively. Bidder will be get at least 270% upvote, if can’t, @rusia will refund at immediately.

How to get upvotes from @rusia?

First go to http://macintro.com:8448, and then you will see this page.

You can see Max bid 0.01, Max reserve bid 0.07

On the current turn, you can bid by 0.01, and the status immediately changes to "Stand by".

Now go to WALLET, click on -> SBD/STEEM Balance, then select -> TRANSFER.
