You must be kidding guys. Its not possible to give $1.47 upvote for 1 SBD sent. Nodes may be down but is not honest from your side to collect biddings from 3 rounds and treat like one alltogether. You have to give at least a vote that will return our money back. And the minimal vote for this and for the 1 SBD you got is $2.67.
I am editing the comment to say that i got a full refund for the invalid vote:
