i have pretty much been missing from steemit in body and mind but before my disappearing act i did lend my voting power to a great initiative called steempunks because they’re nice guys and we all like a nice guy don’t we? which means i’m actually multitasking daily because they use my vote to vote for other steempunks while i’m missing from the platform which is pretty much all the time these days. im sure i’m not the only person who has given up trying to make any money, friends or sense of or on steemit and i now only occasionally have a little look to see if anything exciting is happening which is basically relative to each individuals definition of excitement because for some people exciting might be bungee jumping off a billion kilometre bridge and for others it might be putting extra butter on their bread, or even having their butter without bread. but recently i reset all the data on my smartphone just to prove who’s the smartest around here so i used an old comment link on the steemd website to track down my account and being very very smart hadn’t deleted my posting key so i found myself on @sift666’s blog which lead to me reading a couple of his/her’s posts because i only recently became vaguely acquainted with him/her and i found his/her posts quite entertaining but not as fun as bungee jumping which i wouldn’t consider doing because i’m a scaredypants anyway. so the blog seemed to come to an end a while ago and then i discovered that he/she has moved to another account called @frot and six days ago he/she hosted the most boring post of the week contest. so now you know where i got the idea for my post heading and if you read their most boring post of the week contest post which you’ll have to find yourself because the whole point of the contest is not to put any links in your post if youre entering so youll understand why this post is so shockingly written which i mean purely in the formatting and boringness sense and nothing to do with dodgy pictures or factual information that could cause nightmares not that im actually entering the competition or anything because i think that defeats the purpose of doing a boring post but anyway despite the purpose of the contest i found the concept of the post to be quite fascinating because sometimes i just like to sit and think about things and sometimes i just sit and sometimes i have these brilliant ideas for things i want to write or do or make or say and can spend hours planning and thinking and then just like that i don’t do any of it which means i can be a pretty boring person but only on the outside because inside my mind i’m living a whole other reality and i also would have written lots of blogs by now if i got to actually do any of it in real life. having said that it does make for quite a bit of personal entertainment so no waste of time or anything and i thought it would be a nice bit of entertainment to do a post where you don’t have to stress about formatting and pictures and all that boring stuff... but even before i found my way back to the steemit blogs and stuff i read a bit of a post on faceboook by a quite brilliant artist who comes up with some really cool competitions sometimes with riddles and lots of unboring requests for solutions to everything and sometimes you can win some of his art but this particular post was around a digital artwork he created with the slogan we are the humans and the competition part was to guess where it came from the slogan that is and the prize was a weeks food vouchers which didn’t really make any sense to me …
