Greetings everyone! !
Steemit's blueprint is sooo wonderful and empowering, that has made me visualize the perspective of a "multi-language" Steemit.
The idea is to co-create this (already great project) into a more inclusive one, in terms of reaching the non speaking English population; thus welcoming all to participate, write, and contribute to the community.
Steemit would remain with its beautiful and whimsical core value proposition; nevertheless:
(a) should we, please, add the value of giving people the option to select and submit contents in their native language (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, etc.)? This is in terms of letting writers to fully express their fluency, which perhaps, wouldn't be able-to-do in English (as the personal case of a servitor -me- :); and (b) would you please give me your feedback about the pros and cons of organizing these segments? This is in order to consider the global expansion of the "information sharing society".
