Piling
This is the way to remove top coat of dead cells which block lotions from entering of active lotion engredients. So make sure to do the piling before applying lotion!

Look for the preparations of cellulite which contains caffein or aminofiline.
If you regularly rub a lotion with caffeine in the skin, it will become tight cellulite will be less visible.
Massage
a very important factor in the fight against cellulite. It helps with circulation and removes fat in in subcutaneous tissue.
Cold shower
You can start with warm water on cellulite body parts but end with cold shower. It helps with toned skin.
