Nevertheless, many of the conditions of contract used today are based on documents that were drawn up in the last century, and much of the construction law that is relied upon in the courts and in arbitration has been made as a result of cases that took place in the industrial revolution.
The sad thing is contractors know everything of all types of contracts and the owners have only minute knowledge about it. This were some of the contractors take advantage, they may double the price or put on a lot of hidden charges to the construction owners.
A lot of contractors have a lot of bad reviews due to fraud, high fees and bad services. This was also seen by the Prandecki brothers for them to stop this and created the Bob’s Repair.

Fraud Reviews – companies manipulate their pages by inflating their ratings and removing the bad reviews. A lot of companies do this and they will keep on doing this until no one will intervene. I have friends who have had experienced this just last year.

Due to the fact that it is decentralized, the reviews cannot be bought, sold or manipulate making it more accurate for the customers to find the data they need. It will also run on the STEEM BLOCKCHAIN which the reviews will be accurate and Contractors will be able to leverage the power of STEEM up-voting and comments in order to get a fair share of the market.
High Fees – as of this day, a lot of question comes to our mind on why does contractors charges too much. This is the cause of high advertisement fees they pay to the websites, billboards and sponsorships to famous persons for some big contractor companies. This is what we call a centralized form of payment.
Bob’s Repair solution is create an application (Bob App) that will provide customers with all the information they need which will include pricing of both materials and labor. It will also have no advertisement fee so that companies will skip the high fees that was charged by the advertisement companies.
Pricing Transparency – most of the contractors will just charge you with fixed price without knowing what is the price of each and every small screw that they use and how much is the cost of labor.
Bob’s Repair solution is to put in the application you will see the prices of each and every material will be used including the labor costs. This will surely drive down prices due to its transparency.
