I have very low blood pressure and most doctors tell me it's from smoking.
My biggest symptom is: I get very cold very easily and if it's below 70-degrees I am literally shivering.
This issue causes serious cramping in my leg muscles (charlie horses during brief walks), although I am not dehydrated.
I am making an effort to quit smoking, drinking and take better care of myself but sometimes I'm afraid the damage has been done and no matter what I do... I won't be with you much longer.
Thanks for your article --- It IS a very serious issue and more needs to be put out in the public about it.
