Positive thinking is necessary. But It is double edged sword. It can be a trap. You can just daydreaming and wait and think that this will chage your life.
Positive mind set is just the first step and then you must act... and then maybe fail and then act again and again and again...

Well, I thought the action part is somewhat self-understandable, but, in fact, you are right, some people might miss it or neglect it, so it should be highlighted as well as otherwise we would just wake up finding ourselves standing right there where we already are or maybe even in the worse circumstances.
