Good discussion here! I would like to think I’m in the middle of the spectrum or maybe leaning towards one of the sides a bit. I’ve got abilities and hard work going for me but if I don’t enjoy the subject or thing I’m doing I don’t have good work ethic. It’s a tricky deal, but one that I think is definitely important! We need to make sure that we are able to have a good work ethic regardless, in my opinion. Poor work ethic ruins a lot of situations!
