I think just being present, taking stock, iterating where possible. moment by moment, realizing that we are either being the genuine version of ourselves or one that's grabbing for short-term happiness until things come together for the long term. all we can do is keep turning up, checking the data and making a move.
remember we can always draw a square, we don't always have to keep making circle motions around things ;) even a triangle if you want. knock yaself out. MATHS!
