I'm sorry to hear your situation......depression is a sign that you are pretending strong for too long......

You might have bad sleeping quality, no mood to get out from the bed, sleep at the day time but cannot sleep at night. Very sensitive to the surroundings that you don't want to let people know you have a problem.

Feeling you're a loser why sleeping such a easy task that you cannot achieved. With bad sleeping quality, you start questioning are you dreaming or living in the reality and also feeling emptiness, crying for no reasons......

Dear......it's okay to be weak (for a while at least). Seeking for help, talk to a friend will help a lot. Share your problems to them, you are not alone. You're already did a great job to post it here. And I'm sure you are going on a right track......but things just need some time to pick up.

If possible do some exercise just simple stretching or yoga, it would help too!
