10 Accidentally Vegan Items: Part 1//Being Vegan is not Hard!

Although the following items may not be healthy (at all, may I add), they are still better than consuming products made with animals. Most of these are not labeled vegan because they are made in the same facility with dairy items, so they may have cross-contamination. As long as the item does not have an ingredient made from an animal, I believe it is safe to consume. I'm not so strict with the cross-contamination, as most vegans aren't either!

Most people need a transition into Veganism, so these foods that people are used to eating can help. But I always encourage more whole plant foods and some junk. Never more junk than whole plant foods. Balance is key!! Plants for the win :)
