The code enforcement people paid a visit to the junkyard and you said your landlady was all upset and you had to find another place to live. She was obviously told the fines would be on her back not yours. Then for the rest of your stay you constantly claimed she was being harassed and she was old and should not be in the middle of that mess. Sounds like she was enjoying having you as a tenant. Then you took advantage of her and hauled in all that crap and made mountains of crap for her to clean up when you left. Its still all there. You said she was poor and you knowingly left her an expensive mess to clean up. We have laws protecting the elderly from abuse and you should be charged with elder abuse.
