Those are some good baking tips. I'm going to keep those in mind for the next time we need to bake a cake. Although, it doesn't happen a lot because I tend to eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner. Just thinking about it my brain is trying to figure out where in the house I have hidden the cake. There's no cake, but it's still looking. Oh, and I'm trying to figure out how much trouble I'll get into with my wife for eating it. "Honey, did you fill up on cake?"
"Yes, but it wasn't my fault, the cake jumped in my mouth. I kept telling it to stop, but every time I opened my mouth to tell it no, more jumped in!"
