If you're truly living life, you'll make friends and enemies.
There is no possible way to be "good" to everyone that you meet, and there isn't any way to satisfy the multivariate conditions where every action you perform is perceived as "good".
I'd be wary of someone trying too hard, frankly.
I'm more interested in people who are authentic, not someone who is trying to perpetuate some forced ideal that doesn't reflect who they really are. I'd even make the argument that trying to be "good" by deceiving yourself is a worse crime than just being "bad" to begin with.
In short, just be an authentic human being, don't be concerned about signaling to everyone how "good" you are. That's a game for politicians and other soothsayers of ill repute.
Yes and the enemies often help while the friends often can hurt which makes it even more fun!
