Back to the North Stradbroke Island, and another ocean experience... Well this tim, it was a bit different - heavy wind & rain showers were dominant throughout the day, but - that ain't stopping me. There was a song going through my head every now and then during the day - guess which one? Nick Cave - Ain't gonna rain anymore, beautiful.
Anyways, I thought I have seen blue... but Ocean blue - woah... not comparable to the other blues - it just have some strangeness in it (just as strangeness in quarks - comparing waters with quarks, could work).
So... Several shots for today and a video.
And here is the video, I had to justify the title somehow :)
Tarkovsky, endless blue, Solaris and the wind with some hallucinations - well, we can't prove that, but maybe the wind is the ocean's voice.

Looks like a nice place to visit. Great photographs. You are right about the ocean being an amazing blue color. Even with the sky so grey and gloomy the blue is magnificent.
