I feel like there are lots of meh coaches out there and a great need for good ones. So I want to offer my knowledge and experience :)
You're absolutely right! The one I met was focused more on making money then on helping. So he had the same "universal" way to work with everyone, as I realized later, and didn't take into account that each person is a personality at all
