Over the past few weeks I've become more aware of my environment while working in "Corporate America."
It's come to my attention that more and more people are never to be trusted.
It's a very unfortunate statement but tends to be very true. One main example is when my manager sets me aside and explains how she deeply cares about me and wants me to express how I am feeling. But in reality this is not the case.
I specifically remember a conversation with my operations manager that ended up coming back from my senior manger and had to be explained more in detail from my end.
I've noticed that co-workers seem to smile and give positive gestures one second but as soon as you turn around their entire mood will change to stab you in the back.
This seems like a chess game that must be played and moved with careful diligence on a consistent basis where one must never let their guard down.
People love to see others misery which tends to be a great reflection of their own internal reality.
People will pretend as if they truly care for how you feel but in full consciousness the majority of people are after one thing.
POWER
In one way or another people want control. Either with money, position, emotions or anything that gives them a sense of control.
That's why your own personal moves must always be carefully analyzed before they are acted upon and made final.
Corporate America is a very political game that goes on in the background on a consistent basis, whether people face this reality of it or not.
These actions cannot be taken personally. One must adapt to the circumstances and triumph in the mist of troubles.
Best,
Geo.
This is not just corporate America, this is life. People love to gossip and spread news. When push comes to shove they will always turn on someone else before admitting that they were in the wrong.
Do your best to live with good morals and dont follow into the same gossiping trends and you will do well in life, business and steemit!
Thank you for the comment. That is completely right. Be a great human being with good morals.
