I used to have trouble sleeping. I used to go to sleep at 2 or 4 in the morning.
After going through change of diet, and performing a 30 minutes exercise every day, my sleep pattern improved. 😁 Now I sleep at 10pm or latest 12pm
I've been trying that but doesn't work for me. 🥵
