Hang in there my friend. Get outside in the sunlight if you can. It's important to get natural sunlight in your eyes to reset organs and lift mood. Communicate with at least one person every day. Treat that as your purpose and reason to get out of bed. Thinking of you. :)

Thanks Rebecca. It's not a lack of sunlight though.. It's longing for lost love that has gotten me to this point. :/

I get that completely...just trying to think of productive things to heal your broken heart. Sun energy is a powerful tool to restore harmony.

I barely have the energy to type on here let alone try to attempt to heal anything it feels like. :/

Generally my low spells hit and are gone before I can settle in.. This isn't my normal low bit. :/

I'd throw some double digit % CBD with some THC at it, if you can.
Raise serotonin and anandamide to lift the depression and restore neurotransmitters to functioning levels. This will balance brain chemistry.

I'll see what I can find. Might have to order some pot in.. Sobriety ain't helping shit that is for sure. XD
