Just more pics from Google Earth of a mountain Top Removal sight in West Virginia, Kentucky area. Sad to see mountains flattened like that. I am not one to be for government force or anything, but the only way these companies get the ability to level mountain is by government allowing for the permitting, and granting land grants to do this.

It’s coal mining. While I’m against the use of force on someone’s personal property, these projects are nearly always crony projects granted by the state governments.
