Is coffee bad for your health?

Hello steemians,

Everyone needs their morning boost of caffeine. For some people it is more than just your normal beverage. Its your daily routine, something you cant start your day without.

In the United States, around 83% of adults consume coffee to help them kickstart their day

Can you imagine a world without coffee? I myself am a coffee fan. I dont think I can go through my usual consultation days in cardiology clinic without them.

Myths of coffee

Coffee claimed to cause heart disease, irregular heart beat (arryhthmia), high blood pressure, disturb sleep and others. But is it true?

Anyway, I think the most important thing is to take in moderation. The general rule of thumb. Too much is always bad.

In short, I need my boost of caffeine every morning to start my day. How about you? What do you think? Comment below and upvote.

I dont even think i need the caffeine boost as much as I just reallly like the taste of good coffee

I wonder if non-caffeinated coffee tastes the same? I never tried one. Im not an addict, but I do need my morning coffee.
