I have made myself a habit of getting out of bed the instant I am awakened (whether by alarm or naturally). I feel that my grogginess has lessened and I am able to “human” sooner, than if I lay in bed trying to convince myself to get out. When taking the reins of your mental health, there are always going to be areas that seem so very hard, but we persist and prevail. All the best on your journey.
