What is Costco creme filling? Like the white cream inside a Hostess cupcake? Do yoi inject it into the cake, or use it as an icing layer between cake layers?

I was just thinking today, all us OHA people were out there doing ops left and right and we've quieted down the past week or two. I think we're all stuck inside and bored. 😂 The pet food order is supposed to be delivered mid week or so for my neighbor (and my pet food as well, I just tacked her stuff on to my order of wet food, lol. Then I don't have to try and cart it home on the bus). I've been mostly sewing.
