Actually one of the most common problems that rather rich people encounter is an existential crisis.

Especially true of the newly rich, they find that they have obtained their goals - and thus run smack into a "Now What?" post.

Unfortunately some of these then proceed to throw some of their money back into black hole charities where the intended beneficiaries get less than 10% of their generosity - maybe a year or more down the line - as the rest is lost to "administrative overheads" (and lining the pockets of less goodly souls).
