There is nothing wrong about shopping till it becomes an obsession.
How to know you are a shopaholic
1)Your wardrobe is filled with unworn clothes.You can go years without repeating a dress twice.
2)Am argument either from a boyfriend or your family makes you want to shop,or even from frustration from work.
3)There is this rush of excitment when you are buying,and nothing hunts you like clothes you cant buy.
4)You shop beyond your means,you have no savings anywhere cos you are wearing them all.
5)Giving away old clothes is like pulling out teeth.Nothing is more difficult.
6)Your closet is bursting yet you have nothing to wear.
7)You feel anxious on the day you dont shop uts like a vital part of your life hasnt been completed.
8)You try to conceal your shopping habbit by sometimes buying items in tgw namw of gift items when are actually yours.
9You find random items you never knew you had.
10)You buy things you dont need or even plan plan to buy.So most times you find your self have numerous of almost tge same item.
What can I do?
1)Admit you have a problem.This is the first stage cos most times you try to convince yourself that I am helping the economy.
2)Cut your credit card.Yes thats right cut it.
3)Carry only cash for what you need when you go to the store.
4)Identify your triggers and find a healthier way to cope with them.
5)Find a new activity like exercise,watching tv.
6)Remove all temptations like avoid going to your favourite store site.
7)keep track of all you spend.
8)Hangout less with those shopaholic friends of yours
9)Ask for help.
