Do you have access to raw milk where you live? Doing a raw milk fast is an easy way to heal and feed your body, your food is always ready! My mother in law did this (for 2 months!) and she said she had never felt better in her life. My mom has done it for a time too.
I will warn you though, the first couple of days there is a bit of a "die off", stay near the bathroom and take some hot epsom salt baths, let your skin help get the yuck out too.
I'm not sure to be honest. I didn't even know that was a thing till now!
Recently I went out grocery shopping and stocked the fridge and freezer.. It's not that I don't have access to nutritious food.. It's just that I can't really stimulate my appetite. :/
Well, you could check out the real milk finder and see if you can get it and then go from there. You have to drink something, try raw milk! :) Don't forget the enzymes I mentioned before!
Feel better!!

I'm not a doctor, but I am a mother hen! :)
