We Finally Made It... Happy Friday!!

in #blog7 years ago (edited)

Happy Friday Steemians!!
After enduring what felt like centuries during this week, we finally made it to the weekend! Cheers! XD

I'm not sure how many of my fellow Steemians are currently in school right now and balancing with work or family. But I can sense the stresses of academic deadlines getting closer, final exams around the corner, people getting sick as their stomach twist into knots and the weary becoming short tempered from lack of sleep. Some at their wits end and becoming emotional with tears.

I would like to remind everyone, It's important to pace yourselves.

Remember to take breaks. Don't push yourselves too far over the edge. Remember to take a breath, relax and maybe take a nap. Remember to spend some time with family and your friends. Maybe go to dinner weekend with good company to revitalize the mind and body.

All of this struggle is only temporary. I would like to believe, All of these trials and hardships we're facing. Are given to us because we can handle it. Maybe in another life, in another time it would have stopped us and broke us. This is not that time. We got this! We can handle this! I wish all of us the best of luck as we chase our dreams and goals.

Have a good weekend everyone,
Don't forget to treat and support your hardworking peers that work hard on the weekends too. They'll certainly appreciate it. ^o^

Now, that's the spirit! :)

I understand this stress completely. When I was going to school, I had a family and worked 12 hours a day, then attended classes at night. Would go home and study and write until 1 or 2am, then get up at 5am.

It all started to seem like ground hogs day sometimes.

Ohmaigurd, that is rough. Ground hog day would be a time loop of madness with that schedule. @.@ imagine if you can't break the cycle until you get an 'A' in Calculus2 for the course.

I think you had amazing dedication, I'm glad it's all behind you now ^~^

Yeah, me too!

Good advice. Best to pace yourself, study the material and get a good nights rest before the test. Good sleep allows time for your brain to process and categorize what you've been studying. I'm sure you'll do fine.
