Food diary: Pancit (Filipino noodle dish), homemade rotisserie-style chicken, coffee ice cream, red velvet cake with frosting, and chocolate frozen yogurt. Consumed between 5:45pm-6:30pm.

Duration of fast since last meal prior: 17 hours

Monday, February 19, is President's Day so I will fast all day to celebrate.
